this was not a pleasant experience at all. they were incompetent in this closing. they did not put account numbers on the checks so it can be applied to the proper account. i am now in collections. i didnt understand some things on the closing statement and my title officer suggested i go hire an attorney if i did not like it. they need to understand that the public does not do closings everyday and they need to be more patient to explain things to the clients. i will NEVER use them again in the future. it does not cost anything to be pleasant.
